predominantly multifamily assets across both for‑rent and
for‑sale sectors. My career began as a commercial real
estate appraiser and later as a commercial loan analyst.
After a decade in those roles, I moved into real estate
finance, ultimately managing the Florida loan production
office for a Freddie Mac Multifamily lender.
